Indybay iPhone Publisher

Source Code (current development branch)
Common C++ code (also used in QT version of App)

Indybay Publisher free iPhone app that lets you publish images to Indybay.org from your cellphone. The application lets you publish multiple images at a time. All information you enter for a post (including images ) is saved so you do not need to post right away. When you select images from your camera roll you can choose from 3 resizing options based off your connection speed and camera resolution.

Version 2.0 of the application includes new features like information on the status of long uploads as well as optimized memory management to speed the posting process (resizing now takes place when you select images rather than during the post).

Version 2.0 also allows customization of reset options, maximum allowed uploads and even where the upload will get posted to (so it can be used for Indymedia like sites aside from the Bay Area one).

See more detailed images of the various pages in the site here.

Indybay.org is run by The San Francisco Bay Area Independent Media Center which is a non-commercial, democratic collective of bay area independent media makers and media outlets, and serves as the local organizing unit of the global Indymedia network.
